Services

We take on small, well-defined systems and run them end to end: design, infrastructure, code, delivery, and the operations that follow.

Cloud architecture on AWS

We design serverless and event-driven systems that fit the job rather than the fashion. Typical building blocks are EventBridge Scheduler for timing, Step Functions for orchestration with visible state and retries, Lambda for compute, S3 and DynamoDB for storage, and CloudFront for delivery. Every design comes with a cost estimate and an explanation of what was rejected and why.

Infrastructure as code

Everything we deploy is defined in Terraform and lives in a repository alongside the application. That includes IAM roles scoped per function, private buckets with origin access control, certificates, DNS, alarms, and the alert routes that page a human. Nothing is clicked into existence in a console and then forgotten.

Automation and document pipelines

Scheduled workloads that pull data from an API, compute facts deterministically, generate prose or reports with a language model under strict validation, render the result to PDF or HTML, publish it behind signed links, and notify people. We build the validators that keep generated content honest: number audits against source data, banned-phrase sweeps, and length bounds.

Web and messaging

Static and lightly dynamic websites on S3 and CloudFront, transactional email through Amazon SES, and SMS notification programs through AWS End User Messaging. For messaging we handle the parts people skip: compliant opt-in pages, keyword handling for JOIN, STOP, and HELP, delivery event logging, and the carrier registration paperwork.

Engagement model

Scoped builds
A written design, a fixed scope, and a working system handed over with its repository and runbook.
Operations
Ongoing monitoring and maintenance for systems we built, billed monthly.
Advisory
Design reviews and cost reviews of existing AWS environments.
